Disassembly of motor for ZYD oil filter

1. Motor disassembly

The power should be cut off when the pump is dismantled. Absolutely ensure that the pump can not start accidentally.
By removing three fastening screws (7/91a), remove the sub-parts (7/61+64+66+67) from the pump core.
Loosen the positioning screw of the fan turbine on the motor shaft.
Pull the fan turbine out of the motor shaft end with a pull code.
For SV200 (non-USA model), remove M10 screw installed at motor shaft end, washer and mouth spring coil.
In order to remove the motor from the coupling cover, four inner hexagonal screws (7/68a) were screwed off.
Reassemble in reverse order, but pay attention to the clearance described in Section 3.10.
Check the direction of rotation.

2. Cleaning of cooling coil
Keep the oil cooler (7/66) clean for adequate cooling capacity. For this purpose, compressed air is used to blow and remove oil.
