Maintenance and Oil Replacement of Laibao Vacuum Pump of Insulated Oil Filter

The insulating oil filter manufactured by our company is used in power plants, power stations, power companies, power transformation industry, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery, transportation, railway and other industries. Especially for large substations above 110KV transformer site maintenance and high-grade new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, ultra-high voltage transformer oil and other deep purification treatment. It can also be used for vacuum oil injection and drying of transformers. Live work can be done on site.
Insulated oil filter features:
A. Large vacuum pumping speed and advanced dehydration and degassing system, using large area stereo flash technology, can quickly remove water, impurities, hydrocarbons and other harmful components in oil, improve the flash point and compressive strength of insulating oil. It can satisfy the vacuum pumping and vacuum oil injection of transformer body at the installation or maintenance site.
B. Precisin filtration system, high-quality filter element and multi-stage filtering step by step encryption can effectively remove mechanical impurities in oil.
C. Advanced automatic constant temperature control system, automatic liquid level control system, automatic defoaming control system, automatic pressure protection system and excellent configuration to ensure high-performance operation of the equipment. On-line oil filter can be operated by nobody, and the running state is displayed by the indicator lamp.
D. The whole machine is equipped with chain safety protection, oil drainage system, vacuum system and heating system are linked to avoid the adverse effects caused by misoperation.

Maintenance and oil change of Lyboa vacuum pump for insulating oil filter:
(1) Vacuum pump equipment is less operable and need not be operated in normal production process. Therefore, if operators find abnormal conditions of vacuum pump, in order to prevent accidents, they should immediately cut off the power supply and timely report for repair.
(2) During use, direct sunlight should be avoided and away from heat sources.
(3) Check and maintain the equipment daily, keep it free of dust and sundries, and prevent sundries from entering the pump.
(4) When the vacuum pump is in normal operation, the following items must be checked at least every three days: 1) Whether the pump oil is within the range of cursor. (2) Whether the pump oil turns yellow, black and turbid; (3) Whether there is abnormal sound; (4) Whether there is oil leakage when the vacuum pump is running.
With the oor operation of the vacuum pump, it is necessary to find out the degree of turbidity and viscosity through the oil window, and replace the pump oil in time. Replacement of pump oil cycle: every six months oil cleaning.
Change oil:
A. Open the suction pipe of the pump and make it run after 5 seconds. The remaining pump oil in the pump is easy to be eliminated.
B. First remove the exhaust pipe, then open the drain valve, and then pour out the pump oil.
C. Close the drain valve and inject new vacuum pump oil from the filling port.
D. If the pollution of pump oil is very serious, some new pump oil must be added and cleaned after several minutes'operation. If the cleaning is not in place, it must be repeated several times.
E. After replacing the new pump oil, let the pump start up and run, and confirm the vacuum limit pressure when the temperature rises.
F. Cleaning filter screen during overhaul
Operational instructions:
(1) The vacuum pump produces a high temperature of 40-80 degrees in long-term operation. Therefore, after operation or just stop operation, the motor and pump body can not touch the surface before cooling to normal temperature.
(2) When an emergency occurs at work, the total power supply shall be switched off immediately and the warranty shall be settled.
(3) If the equipment is abnormal, it should stop operation immediately, forbidden forced irrigation and continue to work with diseases.
(4) It is strictly forbidden for non-maintenance personnel to disassemble vacuum pump parts and components.
(5) The cloth strips and rags used in maintenance equipment should be centralized in the prescribed stacking place to avoid impurities entering the pump.
