1. Preparations before starting:
Open the cooling water inlet valve to check whether the cooling water is unblocked.
The oil cup at the extension shaft is filled with lubricating oil. The oil level of the lubricating oil in the gearbox and bearing box should be above 3/4 of the diameter of the oil window. The lubricating oil should be the vacuum pump oil recommended by our company No. 100 (viscosity 46).
When used in the following situations, corresponding protective measures must be taken:
When dust or particles are present in the inhaled gas, dust collectors or filters must be installed before the suction port.
If the inhaled gas is corrosive, neutralization measures or adsorption treatment must be taken before the gas enters the vacuum pump.
If a small amount of water vapor is contained in the inhaled gas and the prefix pump is an oil-seal mechanical pump, in order to prevent the emulsification of the vacuum pump oil and thus affect the performance of the prefix pump and the unit, the oil-seal mechanical pump should have an air-ballast device. When there is too much water vapor, the cold must be installed before the intake of the Roots vacuum pump or the intake of the prefix pump. Condenser.
2. Starting procedure:
Start the front pump.
Open the valve on the pre-pumping pipe of the front pump and the valve on the intake and exhaust pipe of Roots vacuum pump.
After the pressure in the system reaches the allowable inlet pressure of Roots vacuum pump, the valve on the pre-pumping pipeline is closed and then the Roots vacuum pump is started. Without the above pre-pumping pipeline, the Roots vacuum pump can be started after the admissible inlet pressure of the Roots vacuum pump is pumped by the front pump. If the automatic control device is used, the starting process can be realized automatically.
3. Points for attention in operation:
In operation, the technical parameters of Roots vacuum pump must be strictly followed. Under normal conditions, the inlet pressure of Roots vacuum pump is below 1330 pa, and its maximum inlet pressure should not exceed its allowable maximum inlet pressure.
Pay attention to the motor load and the temperature rise of each part of the pump. Under normal operation, the maximum temperature rise of the pump should not exceed 50 C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 90 C.
There should be no irregular abnormal vibration and noise in operation.
If motor overload, excessive temperature rise, abnormal sound and large vibration are found in operation, stop the machine immediately to check the cause and troubleshoot.
In the first few days, it is necessary to record the technical parameters of the new pump, such as vacuum, noise, temperature rise and vibration, every hour.
4. Downtime procedures:
Close the air ballast valve of the front oil seal mechanical pump (for example, the air ballast valve of the front oil seal mechanical pump opens the air ballast valve in operation).
Close the intake valve of Roots vacuum pump.
Stop Roots vacuum pump first, then stop the front vacuum pump, strictly prohibit the wrong shutdown procedures.
Whn the front stage pump is stopped, the air is filled into the intake port of the front stage pump immediately.
Close the cooling water inlet valve.
If it is necessary to stop using for a long time or to prevent frost cracking in winter, the residual water in the cooling water jacket must be exhausted, especially in the northern region, in order to prevent the cooling water system of the pump from freezing cracking.
