1、 What is turbine oil?
Turbine oil, also known as turbine oil, is mainly used for power plant steam turbine, hydropower station water turbine generator and other lubrication occasions requiring deep refined lubricating oil. 3、 The harmful phenomenon of turbine oil after emulsification.
After the turbine oil is emulsified, it may cause the following hazards:

(2) Emulsion can cause corrosion of metals;
(3) The emulsion is deposited in the circulating system, which hinders the circulation of oil, causes the shortage of oil supply and causes faults;
(4) When the oil is emulsified, it is easy to cause oil aging. After aging, naphthenic acid soap, gum and other substances are all emulsifiers, thus accelerating oil emulsification;
(5) The emulsified oil reduces the lubricating effect of turbine oil, increases the friction of all parts, causes overheating of bearings and damages the parts;
(6) The emulsification of turbine oil can accelerate the oxidation of turbine oil, increase the acid value and produce more oxidation deposits, thus further prolonging the demulsification time of turbine oil.
4、 How to improve the demulsibility of turbine oil and the effect of purification and dehydration.
If water enters the system, the oil begins to age. When it is found that the anti emulsification degree of the oil is poor, the medium clean brand filter oil regeneration equipment (ZJ series or zj-z series turbine lubricating oil purification device) shall be put into operation in time to remove the aging products in the oil, such as naphthenic acid soap, gum and other aging products, so as to improve the anti emulsification of the oil.
In addition, it can also add (10-20) × 10 demulsifier, such as GPE15S-2 (polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycerin stearate), which is also helpful for demulsification of oil products.
