6. The belt of vacuum pump is too tight.
7. Oil pump coupling is too tight (no clearance).
The solenoid valve of oil filter does not intake air:
1. The solenoid valve is broken.
2. Infrared is bad.
3. The circuit is broken or the infrared ray is not aligned.
4. The delay relay is broken.
5. The delay time is zero.
The solenoid valve of oil filter is always in the air:
