Replacement of Air-cooled System Port of Oil Filter

1. Cleaning gas town import filter
Tools needed:
10mm, 17mm open wrench or socket wrench.
Remove the top fastening screw of the cylinder block cover (7/51a-52a), loosen the pump foot at the bottom of the cover (7/94a), and remove the cover.
Remove the clamp chain of the air ballast filter. Clean the filter with suitable solvent. It is then dried and re-loaded in reverse order.
2. Check float valve
Tools needed:
10 mm, 13 mm, 17 mm open wrench or socket wrench.
During the operation of the pump, check the air tightness of the float valve and the return tubing if the pressure can not fall below 5 mbar.
Remove the top fastening screw of the cylinder block cover (7/51a-52a), loosen the pump foot at the bottom of the cover (7/94a), and remove the cover.
Remove the return tubing (6/11).
Remove four screws (6/12) and pull the assembly out of the float chamber. Remove the pad (6/9).
Clean the oil nozzle. Check the air tightness of the float valve.
Check all liners and renew them if necessary.
Reload the float valve in reverse order.

Importantly, when handling used oil, please observe the relevant environmental regulations!
Be careful not to install used seals; new seals must be installed.
3. Replacement of exhaust valve
Tools needed:
10mm, 17mm open wrench or socket wrench.
Discharge pump oil (6/5);
Remove the top fastening screw of the cylinder block cover (7/51a-52a), loosen the pump foot at the bottom of the cover (7/94a), and remove the cover.
Remove tubing (6/11, 6/15 and 6/18); unscrew nut (6/19) and exhaust box; remove liner (6/22).
Remove the crew, remove the valve pressure plate (6/21) and the exhaust valve (6/20).
Reload in reverse order.
Pay attention to the direction of the exhaust valve sheet and press it towards the pump body.
